Hey Guys
I want to document my progress on here as i try to get as lean as possible using a keto approach. I will share my diet, supplementation, training and provide update pics.
I started the diet on Monday at 230 lbs
Cardio is at 30 min LISS
Diet is basically the Dave Palumbo Keto Diet
Meal 1
*5 whole eggs, 4 eggwhites
Meal 2
50g whey iso, 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
Meal 3
7 oz chicken, 1/3 cup almonds
Meal 4
50g whey iso, 1.5 tbs all natural pb
Meal 5
7 oz salmon, 1 tbs mac nut oil, 1 cup veggies
Meal 6
50g whey iso, 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
Gear:
Test cyp- 300mg/week
Primo- 300mg/week
GH- Serostim 4.5 IU 5 days on 2 days off
