I know this sounds stupid but my gf had me start doing it and it helps. Thought I'd share it. I wash my body with a mixture of sugar and olive and sugar. I keep the consistency to something of moist sand so it really scrubs good. Don't use any other body wash after that. Rinse and then turn the water to cold and rinse again to close pores. Pat dry instead of rubbing the towel.

The second part is to do the same thing on a different day but with a mix of water and baking soda.

I alternate the days with a normal shower day in between.

So this would be the layout:
Day 1: Olive oil and sugar treatment
Day 2: Normal shower day
Day 3: Baking soda treatment
Day 4: Normal shower day
