best way to get sperm count up?

What's the way to get sperm count up? I'm in cycle and we are trying to get pregnant. I would think hcg and clomid?

HMG will help a lot more than HCG. You want to get your FSH up. Your LH won't matter much.

Either of them should work, clomid or hcg. I got my wife prego on my last cycle. It happened faster for me on cycle then off. Go figure.

Can be difficult. I too HCG on cycle and off and it did nothing for my count I was at zero lol so I went off everything and did clomid for 6 weeks then was off for 5 months before mine came back. Goodluck! Hopefully hmg or hcg works for u

Tribestan two tabs every 8 hours, Humanofort two caps every 8 hours and raw orchic tissue one gram every 12 hours.

Give them 8 weeks and you'll be more potent than you could ever imagine.

Test at 100mg, no 19nors, 50mg clomind and HMG if can't get it...hgc. I can get low in range count and desent mobility with just clomid. Never tested before 2 weeks so I dont know how fast. But if she is ovulating now...just practice

How long gave you been trying for?
If it's been I while I suggest you get a sperm count test. I was trying with my wife for about 6 months with no luck. So I got a sperm count.
Turns out they were that low that HCG and HMG weren't going to be very effective and would take a lot of recovery time. So I had to go down the IVF path.
BTW at that stage I had also been completely off for 6 months

As above hmg for fertility but if you can't source it then hcg is better than nothing, also a high dose of proviron ed to increase sperm strength/quality. Clomid can play a part also:

Baby maker cycle:
1000iu hcg ew
75iu hmg x3 ew
150-250mg proviron ed
50mg clomid ed

Also a tip that is on most if not all 'pregnancy tip websites' once you do your business, stuff pillows under her ass to raise her hips with legs in the air, or you can put your knees under. Also a bicycle action helps aswell.

So gravity helps it go deeper instead of just running out.

15-20mins of her hips up is plenty time.

What worked for me last year

50mg clomid daily
500iu hcg 2x weekly
75iu hmg 2x weekly

I was also on high test (1g per week) but no other compounds.

Pregnant in 6 weeks

I agree with whoever said get your level tested. If you're at zero which myself and a couple other ppl iv known were it will most likely take you months of low dose or zero gear. I know you don't want to hear that but that's a possibility if you've been a long term user. It was tough for me because I naturally produce low low test lol but it was worth it in the end. I didn't need IVF I just needed to give my body 5-6 months to fix my reproductive system and bam prego

Thanks everyone with the post. This makes it her 2nd month she has been off of the pill. I was wanting to know what's the best gear to use for this to help out much as possible. We talk about wanting a baby allot so I want to see what's best. I've been and still on gear and I never come off as I bridge all the time. I have 2 kids from last marriage and it didn't take long at all . I'm sure when the time is right it will happen bit I'm 39 so I feel like its a time race with my old age lol. I started the clomid and I'll start the hcg for kicks. What's the best dose and how many shots a week?
