It's good to see a top competitor preach moderation with dosages and bash someone preaching dangerous dosages. Lee is the man and gets his point across. Regardless of what Lee took he is a role model and ambassador of the sport.

Lee tells it how it is. As for Lee's dosages. I believe him. He has no reason to lie about it, so why bullshit people. I seen pictures of him when he was 13, he looked like a 21yr old ripped. I believe it's 90% genetics, the ones that don't believe him are the ones who are like Boston, delusional. Levrone is another who had superior genetics. Seen him at the Arnold one year, looked like a normal guy that didn't even work out. 3 months later he's 245lbs and shredded. The only thing that can do that is genetics. Some people just don't understand some guys got it and some don't.
