Fighting post cheat meal/day gases

Hello fellas,

i know i am not the only one and the damn thing last all day long. how do you fight post cheat meal/day gases? food choices, digestive enzimes, something else?
 
Colon cleanse pills, charcoal pills fiber supplement and apple cider vinegar do the trick for me :)
 
Any OTC anti-gas with simethicone. Mylanta gas etc.....I buy the Walmart generic gas relief pills, which have simethicone and peppermint oil in them. The peppermint oil helps with bloating and lower GI pain. The Wally world generic brand is "equate", and it is just called " gas relief". I have to take 5 at a time for them to be effective, but at that dosage they do work.
 
[lang=vi]You shouldn't have to take anything afterwards, if you feel like shit, it's because you pushed your body too much and it did not digest the food well, meaning you didn't uptake the nutrients well. The point of a cheat meal is not to trash your digestive system so taking something for gas is a band aid.[/lang]
 
2 tablespoons of plain psyllium husk and a probiotic with breakfast the day after

I take that everyday with breakfast

I just fart all night and hope the upstairs neighbor's appreciate it since they wake me up all the time. My cheat meal is always at night. By morning I'm all farted out. :D

I have tried taking psyllium husk 3 times but it always causes abdominal discomfort and I quit on day 1 or 2. Is this something I should just stick it out and goes away once your body gets used to the fiber??
 
Digestive enzymes, a good probiotic, activated charcoal pills. And simethicone

I get the same thing. lol. Mine are the silent but deadly kinds too. :D
I don't mind, it's fun to annoy the g/f from time to time. :)
 
less than the recommended dose. I think last time it was the caps and I only took one or two..



That's not enough. Try 2 tablespoons mixed with 16oz of water right after breakfast with a probiotic. It should clean you out pretty good by later in the day.

That I wouldn't do because it may actually have the opposite effect since it happened to me on several separate occasions. With time. I would work up to that dosage if need be.
