Hey guys,

Just received 4 bottles of Synth. Actually I have 3 bodyparts I want to bring up and need your opinion of what can I do.

Option 1 : Calves
Option 2 : Delts
Options 3 : Upper chest

With 4 bottles, what options can I do to do a complete cycle and see results.
My weaker bodypart is the upperchest, but I read its not the best because of lump and risk of injuries.

As soon as I will be decided of the options, Im gonna start the cycle and log it.

I doubt any of them with only 4 bottles. Get what you need to do the full protocol properly or don't do it at all is my suggestion. Last thing you want is to finish the loading phase, then only have enough left to do a week or two of maintenance and then lose everything.

As Natrol states with 4 bottles you would be best just sticking to 1 main body part. I think for a first cycle it is also best just picking 1 body part so you can put all your time and attention into improving that body part. Then when you realize how effective it can be start adding in more if you need/want to.

The chest is very awkward to inject due to loads of nerves. However you are in luck as in my experience the upper chest was the one area that was fairly easy to inject. Like any set of frequent injections you may encounter issues/pain but on the whole it fairly easy to do. You could do that and perhaps concentrate on rear or medial delts too. For upper chest obviously start low but move up to 2 larger injects (3ml x2 for each pec) eod. You can rotate across the upper pec area (left to right) so you shouldn't have too many issues as it's an eod frequency too.

Although I love to see guys do calf cycles. It's up to you but pick 1 (2 at most) body parts and see how you get on. You may love both but you could have issues with 1 and carry on with the other. You will know within a few weeks then you can order more bottles to finish your cycle. That's the good thing about synthetek they have a US domestic shipper so you should have your bottles really fast so there is no fear of having to come off due to slow delivery.

Ok, so since Monday I started the protocol in calves and really impressed how syntherol is smooth to inject.

I started with 0,5ml in each ead so 4ml total for each calves.
Then up to 1ml so now i'm on 8ml EOD for each calves.

And guys...I have just a little PIP. For those who are scared about PIP in calves, just take the time to massage and do some calves extension.
I can walk with no problem at all, little pain.

No lump, no PIP, no nerves damaged.
I heard dave palumbo advise to pin very slowly to avoid the nerve pining.

Gonna measure the size every week. Forgot to measure before the first pin, gonna do today andmeasure every week. Gonna take pictures too.

Injecting slowly serves more than just avoiding nerves, it also minimises the
chance of lumps and makes massaging to spread the oil more effective.

Be sure to do some high volume sets of calf raises after every set of shots to
get the blood flowing and oil moving within the muscle. Not to mention you
will get one HELLUVA pump too.
