I have been doing some research for a few months about humalin and decided to go with it due to the ability to get it easily where I am. I just wanted to get a few different concensious of what you have seen work great for protocol.
I am in the gym at 6pm and will be starting DC training. M T W (off) T F(cadio) SS (off)
I will also be running 10iu of hgh. For the HGH would it be better to only run it on my lifting days or should it be ran M W F?
Gear being used is just 500 test 300 NPP will bump up the Test if I hit a plateu and cant overcome it by increasing macros.
My slin question is about timing... It is easiest for me to do it PWO due to having my mini fridge at my office. If I had to I can easily preload a pin and have it sit on ice unti post workout. I train until about 715 ish and get home around 7 30.
I was planning on taking it 2 hours PWO which would be at 4pm.
I have a carb meal at 2pm and then another at 5pm. Then during my work out sip on Karbolyn. At 6 30 slam a protein, BCAA, Creatine. and 50g of karbolyn. Continue to sip on Karbolyn through out workout.
Get home and eat dinner around 8pm. White rice is probably going to be the carbs for dinner for right now. Unless some one else advices other.
Then at 11pm 45g protein and 50g carbs drink.
Carbs during the day will come from sweat potatoes brown rice and ezekiel bread.
