Sorry I haven't logged in a while but id like to let everyone know all is well. Just finished solberg bold ace last weekend. Appetite never changed for me at all during this time.
Day 7 Sunday endurance good still no pip other than normal, strength is slightly up.
Day 9 Tuesday starting to be able to push myself more, cardio is good, no pip strength steady
Day 11 Thursday no pip, strength holding steady, endurance is great feel like I can keep going without getting tired.
Day 13 Saturday still no pip, not at all fatigued and strength remains the same
Day 15 Monday still no pip, endurance still good, strength remains the same
Day 17 Wednesday no pip, strength holding steady, endurance still steady
Day 19 Friday never really any pip strength didn't change much after day 10 / 11 for me didn't have much rep increase after this, however I did more cardio towards the end.
