New to the game

Hello...I'm new to this and don't understand all of the terminology yet but after viewing the forums get most of the meanings.

I am 46 years old, 6', 215lbs, 25-30%bf and really looking just to recover more quickly from work outs and have more energy to work out harder.

I drink fairly often so while evaluating different products I noticed primo which seems to meet my minimal requirements.

I spoke to buddy who recommended adding a small dose of test-e and stack them over a 12 week period to add a little muscle but not overly toxify the liver with test-e.

I am not looking to get huge or really cut - those days are behind me - but I would like to get stronger and recover more quickly.

Any thoughts on the amount of primo and test-e oer week over the 12 week cycle?
