Hey whats up everybody!! I have been around reading stuff for a while now and decided it was time to post!!
I am 22 years old been bodybuilding for about 2 years seriously. Did my first show this past March took 2 3rd in both Classes it was a natural show not an NPC It was ENBF.

I loved the whole experience so much that i thought to myself that i could but on a little more size and try my foot in a drug Tested NPC show and thats what i decided to do! Oct 6th Natural Northern Ohio will be my faithfull return to the Stage! then i am doing the Carolina Clash the 20th.Then it will be a full year off to PUT ON MORE SIZE!!!!

I am working with Dave Palumbo for this show he is doing my prep diet! I start to cut down about 6 weeks ago and teamed up with DAVE 2 weeks ago Tomorrow will be a total of 2 weeks on this first phase of the diet with him!

I will post some pics and i want to be ripped apart thats how you get better i believe. I know u have A TON OF WORK TO DO ON MY BACK CHEST AND SHOULDERS!!! AND THICKNESS! But its only my second show and i am clean i hope i am not doing to bad off but you guys will be able to tell!

Sounds like you already know what you have to do. I think your back needs the most work. Your legs look great and your condition seemed great for a clean guy. I'd say take time off now and start on your path to adding some size/ thickness instead of doing 2 more shows. You look great for a young guy and you have a lot of time to compete yet, that's why I'd say start adding muscle now.

Also, practice your posing more. I don't like how you look like you're squatting down in some of those poses. I'd bring your legs closer together and stand up more straight. In some of your back shots it looks like you're pinching your shoulder blades together. I'd suggest keeping your back flared out as much as possible even when standing relaxed since it's your weakest bodypart you'll need to do as much as possible to make it look bigger.

You appear to have a good capacity for size and shape as shown by your legs in this photo. Your competition photos show you can handle tightening up pretty well. I think it's just a matter of time before you get the size you want and balance it with tightness.

I agree with the comments about your posing. You also want to avoid the wide horizontal line in this photo. It diminishes your height and the thickness in other body parts, especially your quad flairs.

You appear to be aggressive about this and enjoying it. Take your time. There will be a lot of trial and error.
 
Thanks so much for the comments and the help guys!! Thats what i want you can never get better if people are always telling you that you look awesome because in reality you always have some work to do, and thats why i came to the best place around to seek out the help of the best!!

Just concentrate on adding size. Don't worry about anything else right now.
