Hey I am 22yrs old 6 foot 234lbs. This was my fourth show (third time doing the New Englands) I have yet to place. In 05 I was 196lbs. I came back in 06 at 215lbs. Then took last year off to just try to put on size. Came in a 234lbs this year. still ended up dead last. I feel my weak points are everything from the back (back/hams/glutes calves) also chest needs more thickness. But please give me your opinion on what i need to do well. i put alot into this sport and love training dieting and living the lifestyle it is my life and I refuse to quit. Pleae any constructive criticism. is appreciated. I am eager to get back in the gym and start working on my weak points. any ideas on what exercises may be helpfull would be great as well. Thank you...

1. MORE BALANCED PHYSIQUE BETWEEN UPPER AND LOWER
2. YOU NEED TO PUT ON A LOT MORE QUALITY MUSCLE
3. YOU NEED TO BE A LOT LEANER.
THAT BEING SAID, HAVEN'T YOU BEEN DOING THESE THINGS? WHAT CAN YOU CHANGE? IT ALL COMES DOWN TO HOW FAR YOU ARE WILLING TO GO TO UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY MORE, BECOMING MORE EFFICIENT IN YOUR TRAINING, MORE DISCIPLINED IN YOUR DIETING AND KNOWING WHAT TO TAKE SUPPLEMENT WISE.

This all sounds true for just about any competitor. I know I deffinetly need more overall size. The question is what steps do I take to achieve this goal. As far as how far I am willing to go. The answer is as far as I have to. I honestly put everything into this sport all I do is watch the clock for my next meal cook all night and think about what I am training that day. I am sure you hear this all of the time but anyone who knows me would tell you. This has been a dream of mine sense I was 12years old and noone even knew what i was talking out when I mentioned bodybuilding. I am willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. any advice you can give me would be extremly appreciated and not taken for granted. I dont know how you charge to work with people offseason but possibly we can work something out.

I CHARGE .68 CENTS A DAY FOR CONTEST PREP.........THAT IS ACTUALLY WHAT IT COMES OUT TO.
