New member - 1st NPC Figure Competition

Hi,

I am a new member to this forum and would like some feedback on my physique. I am doing my 1st NPC Figure show this Saturday, June 7th.

Any honest critiques/advice would be appreciated.

YOUR FRONT RELAXED POSE EXPOSES SOME WEAKNESSES.........YOU NEED A NARROWER WAIST, ROUNDER SHOULDERS AND BIGGER/MORE PROPORTIONATE ARMS.

You look great from the sides and good from the rear (upper body, as no lower body shot).

I agree with Phil, but since there's no time to improve weaknesses, try to hide them.
In the front relaxed, while keeping your feet and knees as they are, slightly twist your hips to one side and the torso to the other. You should still appear as you are facing straight forward, but you waist will be slightly to the side, so it will look smaller.

Thank you for your critique. I am aware of the flaws you pointed out and have been actively trying to bring up those areas. I will try and figure out exactly how to execute the front relaxed pose exactly as you suggested.

One more things please: I have been hearing a lot lately that the judges at NPC Figure compeitions are gearing towards a much "softer" look, what is your opinion/input on this?
