What should I be shooting for next year?

According to this video, what do you think I should do next year? I was thinking the Pittsburgh show because it's got a shit ton of "important" people. I'll hopefully be a few pounds more muscular but with less bodyfat this year. This video is where I think I peaked in conditioning... but I know I wasn't hard enough. I'm working with Skip for my prep for this year to fix that.

I was about 240lbs in this video @ 5'9 and 23 years old. I'll be 24 on Tuesday.

I weighed in at 233 for the Indianapolis 3 weeks later... but I messed everything up... which is why I'm hiring Skip. Just waiting to gather the money to start.

HEY DAVE.. first off hiring skip was a good move.. the issue on your last show was, of course, conditioning.. the size was there the conditioning was off.. you know that already as you have hired skip..

from a judging perspective, you have all the tools.. the parts that need to come up are the bi's/tris .. the back needs to thicken a bit in the inner.. it is a bit thin there.. great quad flare.. a little more side and rear delt would help bring a it more width and create even more illusion of a smaller waist..

again, it is all there.. just need to tweek it a bit.. thicken the back and arms.. bring out the side and rear delts a bit.. and the conditioning should come in better with skip.. now, just make it happen..;)
 
My goals this off-season have been to increase the size of my back, biceps, and cap off my delts. My weakest poses are my front lat and front double bicep.

What shows do you think I'm capable of? Am I ready for something like Junior Nats or Junior USA? I'd like win an overall here in Indiana at states, the Midwest, or the Indianapolis.

hey dave.. if you cap the delts and add thickness to the mid back and arms.. you will be much more complete.. with skips help with the conditioining i think you would be able to do the jrs in a year or two (depending on how fast those issues are able to be addressed).. do a trail run at the indy or midwest and see what has improved.. you have the tools.. make the improvements and go for it.. ;)
