What is your goal? I am unsure of your potential because I do not know what you are on right now......how you train or how you eat........are you natural? You have good shape but need more size......

Hi Phil, thanks for the reply!

I'm currently running a rebound cycle of 750mg test-e, 400mg deca and 40mg dbol (ED)

i train 5 days a week with the weekends off. I love training heavy and usually stick around 6-8 reps in the offseason.

Diet is clean, i eat 8 meals a day with carbs sourced from low GI sources as i have the tendancy to bloat up with high GI carbs.

My goal is to to place top 3 at a national event and one day win a national title in the UK

Since you asked...you look AWESOME and have great potential. GREAT QUADS/CALVES balance. As I glanced through you pics without taking a long time to study them (like a judges first impression when you come out on stage (which can be critical to your placement (if there are good judges, that is), the first thing I see is that your lower body overshadows your upper body in symmetry/mass. This upper to lower body balance is IMPERATIVE to place high at national shows. Of course, you can fix it by increasing your upper body all round mass to balance out your impressive legs. The other negative point I saw is that your TRAPS do not match (once again symmetry) your nicely rounded delts (AWESOME proportion between the 3 delt heads, you rarely see this) and other upper body parts. Get those TRAPS up higher and thicker and add more mass to your upper body parts and you should really do well!

These things you can fix. It appears you have the genetics to do so!

Yes i am very bottom half heavy, i love leg training and they respond very quickly, believe it or not i shrank them by not training them much last year to try and balance things out more.

I'm currently working on my back and overall upper body to balance things out, thanks for the kind words on the delts, they are something i'm quite proud of.

I'll update with more pics after this offseason :)
