Aj Sims 22 years old critique

Hey PM !!! Been a long time member just not a huge poster but alot of respect for the board and it's members ... I have been around for abit doing the teen nationals from 2006-2008 and have worked with a known member Nate Wolfe who is a great friend and a guy I have huge respect for . I am from Vegas so I was fortunate enough to train and work around Jay Cutler for over 6 years and learn alot from him as well .. Just giving a brief background not going into tons of detail but the pics below are of me 2 weeks out at 208lbs at 5"7 1/2 at 22 years old .. Currently I am 1 month post show . I am hoping to step onstage as a solid heavy for southern states July 2012 it's looking like ... But with all that said I respect all the members / judges and veterans on here that I'd be honored to get a critique .. Thank you for your time

Solid top notch physique. I would like to see more back width though.

hey AJ! The Southern States is one of the best contests around!! Always good and fair judges. I usually judge that contest.

When I look at your pics the 2 weak points I see for you to work on is a lack of back thickness which you can get. Backs are NEVER too wide either. So work on heavy exercises to thicken up the back and other ones to widen it. I also see a major calf weakness so murder those calves in the gym quite a few times per week. Other than that you have an extremely impressive physique and you should really have a great future in our sport!!
