Ok i'm a new guy here but am fairly well known on some of the other boards and I must say I really like this forum set up.
I have only done transfomation contests online up until this point so I really don't know what I need to do as to be what judges look for on stage. I realize my posing certainly needs work and I am practicine with someone. I also realize my ghetto tattos need work and won't help me
what I really need to know is what I have going right and what I need to bring up. I have been working on putting a bit more mass on over the summer I bulked to 215 and brought up my calves quads and upper back .I'm currently recomping and am around 205 at 5'8 , I plan to cut slowly until spring when season starts and hit a small novice show to get my feet wet.
these pics are from last spring I was 178.5 and it was done with a crash cut I started at 211 and dropped 32.5lbs in 3 months,
I may have some symetry issues due to scoliosis I do my best to adjust during posing
these were the beginning and end pics of the transformation sorry for the fatty pics , thanks in advance for any advice
