Ok so I finally managed to get the time to start this properly.
My goal is to look in my best shape , that's basically the whole idea.


I will be running eq 600mg a weel
primo 700mg a week
test 300mg a week (sus)

I'm going to use the var at the end of the cycle.

So currently I'm 1 week in and I'm not liking the sus so far, as it gave me a huge lump that took 5 days to go down.

The rest of the gear seems great though, I should have chosen TEST E.

230lbs
8-9% bf

I will be adding slin in post workout.

Here is a workout routine.

back and chest split. Bench or dumbbell press, supersetting with deads, wide grip pullups lat pull downs.

shoulders and arms.

legs and calves.

4th session will be abs.


Cardio is kickboxing and sprinting.


I will give you a run down of my diet, my biggest weakness is my biceps. So any suggestions on how to train them etc would be invaluable.

I would switch the Primo for NPP in order to achieve your goals with this cycle. Save the primo for a cut .

But hey , diet will be the biggest factor here not compounds. So, kill it bro!

I like the fullness from primo and not so fond of the eod injections from npp.
But I hear you , I may add the npp in at some stage.

i weighed myself and I'm 225, so my goal I guess would be 240.

I seriously doubt that bro, I need a lot more definition and mass, hopefully this cycle will provide that depth to the muscle the 3d look.

Also looking forwards to your slin protocol.

ive had to stop using the suss as I cant move after and get a fever everytime, so I'm cycling without any test now.
