Well I have been having issues with my device and using to much data I guess! Lol!
I have been fortunate to start running some dvds from PSL!This week is week 2...
Week 1...
500 mg of sust.
200 mg of npp.
Week 2..
750 mg of sust.
300 mg of npp
(Will stay here probably a while)
Training (hopefully 4 days to start)
Chest and shoulders
Legs
Off
Back
Arms
Nutrition...
300 protein
250 carbs
120 fats

I will note...that the dvd's are smooth,the first week I had a little soreness with the sust.But nothing to bad and it has subsided now...As of now starting to really feel both kicking in nicely. .I have some nolva on hand now too which I will be adoing in as needed..

Machine flyes:

Incline smith:
3 sets of 8
Flat hammer strength press:
2 sets of 8
Hammer strength shoulder press:
Sitting facing the pad
3 sets of 8
Seated dB laterals;

On a side note I weighed 252 on Monday. ..once I can finally get my legs to start filling out again I will probably go up in bodyweight a bit more...
 
Well things seem to be going well..I was 254 at the gym last night so I am up about 4 lbs since starting 2 weeks ago..I don't seem to get the soreness from the sust now and the npp is doing its thing now too..
Eating and training are on schedule as well..
Still at:
300 protein
250 carbs
120 fats weekly..
Legs:
3 sets of seated legs curls
3 sets of lying leg curls
4 sets of leg press
2 sets of hacks
2 sets of leg ext
2 sets of adductor
2 sets of abductor
Reps were around 10-12
 
PSL has great gear, I love the oil they use, very thin.

I normally love sust,typically my favorite test dvd..But psl test enan is amazing,very smooth and on pointe..
