So this is one of my best friends. Not on the board (or any forum). First pic is 8 years ago when he was 29yo and 235lbs and he won Heavyweight championship of Rage in The Cage out in Ohio. 2nd Black Belt Okinawa ju-jitsu. Second pic is yesterday at 37yo and 237lbs. He benches 505lb but has never trained for strength or even bodybuilding for that matter. Sure has hell has never competed either. Just thought id share bc I'm proud of my boy.
