i started at 194, got up to 200, went on a 1 week ski trip and dropped to 186, 2 weeks later i was 195 again. lol!
i am doing this with a sprained wrist which is keeping me from doing any heavy push/press movements. lots of squatting and a mix of light and heavy (where i can) olympic lifting.
the last 2 weeks and the next 3 are going to be mostly modified crossfit workouts.
i need posing tips.
today @ 192lbs trying not to eat milk and cookies every night...
