i started at 194, went as high as 200 and final weigh in was 178.

no crazy dieting. i follow a pretty regular meal plan and eats lots of sweets with my family. my main "dieting" on this cut was no sweets mon-thurs with plenty of fails throughout the 90 days. im not a "bodybuilder" and i refuse to suffer through a hardcore diet neglecting my family of the good things. i just train harder than usual to make up for it i guess. ;)





2 days ago hanging with the family at a fresh water spring.the air was 92*, the water is 72* all year a round.
nice to be the fit family in a world of obese slobs that dont take care of themselves.

What did your diet look like?
i really didnt change much on my diet besides cutting sweets mon-thurs.

a typical day of eating for me is...

530am 25g protein powder
730am (vita ix) 3 egg whites (sometimes a yolk or 2 will make it in), 1/2 apple, handfull frozen berries, spinach, kale, cucumber, ginger,1/2 avocado, coconut water
1030am 25g protein powder, handful almonds, banana
130pm meat (usually chicken breast or steak left overs), fruit/vegg
3days/week my lunch is a blended juice similar to my breakfast. i stop at a juice bar mon,wed,fri for this meal.
530pm (post workout) 25 protein powder
730pm big dinner. usually chicken,steak,ground beef/turkey or pork, veggies occasional sweet potato.

fri-sun i kill hundreds of calories in ice cream,cookies,m&m's and milk at night.

im not a "bodybuilder" so no. i think if i did a REAL show prep i would be rediculous but i dont have the nerve to get on a stage. i have a hard time with my job when i have to give a presentation in front of 20-30 people that i know! lol

Well I can respect that! I mean if you can get in that kinda shape for summer, you would look insane during the final weeks of prep. Would hurt some feelings for sure!!
 
I'm always surprised by pics like this. Like you looked damn good in the "before" pic. Especially I'm sure compared to dudes you know. Then the after is like BAM, huge difference that I didn't see coming.

I thought the same thing but wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be. Mostly because everyone else was in their underwear to lol. Give it a shot brother I think you would do very well
