Thanks guys! Snowpatrol-- I'll either be a super heavy or heavy weight. I'm probably gonna shoot for heavy weight bb because I checked the competition I'm going to, and in the past few years there has only been one super heavy. Started at 297lbs on July 7, down to 233-234 right now. I've never cut before. I was a 308lb class Raw powerlifter, but I've been hurt too many times and decided to take a break from powerlifting. Absolutely loving the bb training and lifestyle though!

Powerlifters turned body builders always have killer legs and backs! I would have never guess you were over 3 bills from your photo ... Keep us updated
