thank you, I'm 41. I have a pec tear (was fixed) but it's still not the same and kind of robs me of my confidence to compete again. My dad was recently diagnosed with dementia so I would like for him to see me compete one last time while he can still take it in. I'm pretty good friends with this guy named Shelby who had me looking like this in 8 weeks

My dad has dementia too.Make all the time with him count, it moves fast.The disease is sad, and depressing. Just writing this makes me upset.Hang in there, I wish you the best.I know what you're going through it's really hard.
