Thank you bro, My goals currently to bulk lean as possible and to get to the point where I look in mirror and say ok let's prep for a show! I still got plenty work to get to that point in my eyes tho, training as been good and I train one way! 110% intensity! From first set to last its Beastmode On, heavy hard hyper trophy chasing pump punishing the muscle group! Strict form tho always controlled! I'm feeling good!
