Hey Guy!

New here so I figured a good way to get to know members and help members get to know me is to post up a log. Ive included some pictures below from my last transformation. Went from 295 down to 235 in a few months and then spent some time putting back on about 20 pounds while still leaning out.

This time around i will be running low dose test with higher anabolic and a good dose of tren. Right now it going to look like this:

- 50 mg Test Prop ED
- 50 mg Tren Ace ED
- 50 mg Drost Prop ED
- 100 mg Primo E ED
- 50 mg Primo Ace ED
- 20 mg Nolva ED (Will bump down to 10 when I lower test)
- 25mcg Prami ED (Before Bed)
- 6iu HGH each day (3x 2iu doses)

Right now I’ve got several bottles of a good try blend id like to use but then ill be switching over to a lower dose of test (25mg ED) and a higher dose of tren (100mg ED) and dropping the mast. I will also be adding HGH frag and a good deal of IGF and after I lean out a bit will be adding a 1-2 IU dose of insulin w/ my HGH doses.

My training is pretty high volume and high frequency and I usually lift pretty heavy. Usually my week looks like this:

- Monday: Legs
- Tuesday: Chest, Shoulder, Biceps, Calves
- Wednesday: Back, Triceps, Abs
- Thursday: Legs
- Friday: Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Calves
- Saturday: Back, Triceps, Abs
- Sunday: Rest or Arms

Ill also be doing steady state cardio post workout and possibly first thing in the morning fasted.

My diet for the most part stays pretty basic for most of the day with dinner being the exception. A pretty average day might look like:

Meal One:
- 45 grams Cream of Rice
- 2 servings sugar free chocolate syrup
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 scoops whey

Meal Two:
- 6oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup uncooked jasmine rice
- 2 cups veggies
- 1 tbs olive oil

Meal Three:
- 6oz Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup uncooked jasmine rice
- 2 cups veggies
- 1 tbs olive oil

Meal Four: (Post Workout)
- 2 scoops whey
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 2 servings frozen fruit

Meal five: (dinner meal)
- 6 oz turkey burger Pattie
- Cibata bun
- 2 cups veggies

Meal Six: (Before Bed)
- 4 whole eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 4 cups spinnach

It's amazing how well your skin came back I was a chunky fucker in the teen years and it took a long time for the skin to look good after I trimmed up

Thats actually the thing I was most worried about and is still my biggest issue. One of the reason I'm so interested in peptides and HGH. Skin is definitely thinner and weaker but its doing a pretty good job of bouncing back. hopefully staying lean for long enough while running some good GH will help with that.
 
Great job of slimming down. I don't think you needed to take all of that to achieve the look you did though. I hope you can at least maintain your end result naturally and not have to depend on hormones to do that. Remember that none of this matters if you are not healthy.

This pics aren't from all that. That is for my upcoming transformation. For that transformation I used low test, a good amount of tren and a few runs of some fat burners. Im planning on doing some shows and will log my experiences here.
 
Any particular reason you are using al fast esters???

I prefer fast esters to keep blood levels as stable as possible. it will be a lot of primo but only 175mg test a week and building up to 700mg Tren once the Tri Blend I have runs out.

B&C for ball since I was 19 but took of about 1.5 years while I was working on the east coast and got pretty fat since I kept ending up in the hospital.
 
Day One:

Day One:

Writing this about 30 min after getting out of the gym and I’m still bit shaky. Got low blow sugar on no high or skin. Good reminder on how sensitive I am and how careful I need to be with intra and post workout nutrition. Anyway…

Gear:
I pin at night before bed. Its what I prefer based on my schedule but I’m unsure if there is any advantage to it. I pin everyday so I assume not.

- 1 ml Triblend (50mg test p, 50mg tren a, 50mg mast p)
- 1 ml (50mg) Primo ace
- 1 ml (100mg) Primo e

Also took 20mg nova and 25mcg prami.


Diet:

Meal One:
- 1 cup oats
- 4 whole eggs
- 5 0z top round

Meal Two:
- 5 oz Chicken breast
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli

Meal Three:
- 5 oz Chicken breast
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli

Meal four:
- 2 scoops whey
- 2 tbs peanut butter

Meal Five:
- 1 cup oats
- 6 whole eggs

Meal Six (before bed)
- 1 scoop casein
- 1 scoop whey

Also had a big rice crispy treat before training not going to lie. Was among for 3,000 cals

About 3,300 cals
- 315 protein
- 290 carbs
- 105 fats
- 24 grams of fiber

Training:

Today was legs and it was actually nice to see about five or six others hitting legs as well. I train at the bodybuilding gym in town so its a pretty good atmosphere. I love mountain dog training so I’ve definitely adapted a good deal of his principles.

Took 16mg ephedrine, 20mg Yohimbine and 20mg Cialis pre workout

Seated Leg Curl:
- 3-4 warmup sets
- 5 working sets aiming for ten reps with a 30-45 second rest between sets
- Got a crazy pump in my hams during the warmup. Failed at 8 reps on last two sets

Dumbell step ups focusing on gluten:
- Because I couldn’t bring myself to do glue kickbacks
- These killed. Was sucking air and looked like a weakling.
- 3 sets of eight reps each leg. Was holding 45 pound dumbbells but felt like 100s

Leg press:
- 2-3 warmup sets
- 5 working sets of 10 reps with 30-45 seconds rest between sets
- Failed at three sets pump was crazy thank you cialis.

Multi hip macine:
- Using hip flexors and quads
- 4 sets back to back of 8 reps each leg. Pump was so crazy I only used 70 pounds

Stiff leg deadlifts:
- 2 sets because the pump was so real.
- Went light 135 but really pushed through the hips.

Steady State Cardio:
- 725 cals took about 50 min since I took it pretty easy

Drained from legs so ill be showing and passing out soon.

Also sorry for all the little typos. Switched over to a new iMac and I’m not used to the auto correct and the tiny text on the 5k screen.

Also here is a leg pic for all those wondering if I'm tiny... Weighed in at 248 this morning.

Thanks man. I played a lot of ball so I've got pretty decent legs. shit calfs though.

I train between meal three and four at about 6-7pm. my last three meals are consumed much closer together. basically pound first shake while cooking dinner and then second shake before bed. I get up at like 5:45 or 4:45 if I'm doing am cardio.
