Here our pics from a recent contest i did back on March 31st 2007. Was just a quailfier show, so i only dieted for 9 weeks to get into good enough shape to qualify for the provincals, which i did. Your critiques would be much appreciated.

Well bro, looking pretty good there. I would love to see you a bit tighter especially in the legs. You've got a good package going on. I'd say work on quad sweeps, lower lat and back thickness. But you are on your way!! Good work so far!

Legs need sweep and triceps need sweep as well.

Provinicals are in June 16th, im not doing them this year though, goin to work on my quad sweep, and lower back, and put on some more size before i compete next year.

Thanks Sassy, yeh 9 weeks, i wasnt going to kill myself and diet for 16 weeks like i should for a show, as it was just for a small qualifier show. Yeh this was the 1st year that i stay lean in the offseason. Here's some pics of what my off season condition looks like.

Looks like you did very well during off season. That's my goal right now. To loose some bf and lean out and stay that way off season. No more bulking for me. It's just too hard to get off later.

Yeah your off season condition ain't very 'off season' haha. Looking great bro @ 190 no less. Someone said 220 I agree...You look much heavier than 190.

Yeh that was the problem i had, i got tio fat in the offseason, and then it was real tuff getting into shape for shows.. So i wont be making that mistake anymore.
