OK I don't know if anyone will have the capability of answering this, but what the hell. My mom has a pretty bad case of spinal stenosis. It's getting worse, and apparently she's losing muscle in the area as well. She does some core exercises, but only as the pain allows.
Looks like surgery is an option she'll be exploring soon. In the meantime, however, I'm curious whether or not it would be harmful to use something like ostarine to prevent further muscle loss. I had been providing her with MK-677, but it didn't help. It's difficult to find studies specific to this situation, but perhaps someone here would have that knowledge.
