Ok guys, all of you are nutritional guru's in your own right......I need some help getting the veggies down. I can't stand them! I literally gag on the third or fourth forkfull of spinach. asparagus makes me puke from the smell alone. brocolli I can do dosed in cheez, you get the point.
Obviously I need the fiber and nutrients they provide.....anyone got a brilliant idea on how I can get 'em down without it killing my appetite?

I was thinking about just buying low sodium V8 by the truck load.....or simply processing the hell out of 'em by myself.
