Help ASAP Please

Hey Guys, so I started my pct after ending a cycle and everything went smooth. I'm mid way through my 2nd week of clomid/nolva combo and my left nipple has a lump underneath it that extremely sensitive. Right away I thought gyno, and started to review a little about it. I read if you squeeze your nipple, oil should excrete out and when I tried it. Oil fuckin came out. So I'm pretty sure I have a small case of gyno. I have pct, Arimadex, aromison. What should be my next move and how do I go about this. If anyone who has gone through this can help out it be much appreciative!
