the subject in question is this: I train with a partner in the gym, we do practically the same, we handle the same weights in general. He went on vacation with his friends, drank alcohol and went out at night but he slept enough, and he did not train for 10 days. Today when we are going to bench press, he and I usually throw 8-10 (2 forced) reps with 225 pounds. today the achievement only 3 and I had to help him to keep the bar. Is it possible to lose so much strength in two weeks or just had a bad day?
