Hey guys, new here just trying to learn as much as I can. I'm 28 years old 6'3 225 pounds lean build. I am heavily involved in sports as well. Been lifting seriously for about 10 years. I want to run my first test cycle. Just looking for any advice from yall about start to finish, what kind and how much to run? Anything else I should know as well.
