Tendon/joint repair and proper doses

I just had my second total hip replacement a little over a month ago. In addition to that I have alot of joint and tendon pain from years of lifting and MMA fighting. I'm going to try gh for the first time at 2iu per day to help speed the healing process and hopefully repair some damaged ligaments etc. I'm currently doing a maintenance dose of test enan at 200mg week or less as I've heard that is best to not do high doses for long periods of time as far as tendon health is concerned. I want to add Deca back to my program as well for pain relief and connective tissue health but I've heard that mostly it is more beneficial in the 300mg per week or above range. I want to not have any libido or performance issues so I usually keep my test dosage equal to or above deca dose and that helps. I want to up my test dose to between 300-500 mg week so that I can keep deca doses around there as well. Will the test levels that high be detrimental to my joint/tendon health goals? How does this sound: test enan at 300mg week, Deca at 300mg week and gh at 2iu per day? I'm almost 40 years old. 5'9" 190lbs. I also take TPs joint repair with cissus, a ton of fish oil caps, calcium/magnesium. Anything else that anyone can recommend for decreasing elbow tendonitis, knee miniscus pain, hip replacement regeneration etc etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
Here is a great link to a thread/sticky on alinboard that discusses this topic. **broken link removed** The author of this thread is a great friend of mine and has ran cycles with low dosed test (200mg/wk) and high dosed EQ and Deca. He is a powerlifter with plenty of injuries under his belt as well. Hope this helps!
