Im 25, 6 feet 250 lbs 25% body fat
Hey guys im trying to get contest ripped got some chubs now.
Im running test prop 100 mg each other day, 50 mcg of t3,
and i will be putting in GH bluetops in there as well, How many iu"s do you guys
recomend I do.
Also Am doing full body workouts each other day, they seem to work the best for
getting lean.
Diet is 1500 to 2000 cal a day / 200 g to 300g of protein, 30 to 50g carbs a day
and 20 to 30g fat a day
