Im 25, 6 feet 250 lbs 25% body fat


Hey guys im trying to get contest ripped got some chubs now.

Im running test prop 100 mg each other day, 50 mcg of t3,
and i will be putting in GH bluetops in there as well, How many iu"s do you guys
recomend I do.

Also Am doing full body workouts each other day, they seem to work the best for
getting lean.

Diet is 1500 to 2000 cal a day / 200 g to 300g of protein, 30 to 50g carbs a day
and 20 to 30g fat a day
 
save yourself ALOT of time and heart aches and hire a trainer.
you will be miles ahead with out the constant guessing and questioning what you're doing , if you ask here you are gonna get a dozen different answers and if you don't pick one and try it for a while you won't know.

choose one guy and do what he says

you dont need any AAS, you need to be busting ass,
day in and day out and eating clean, because right now???
at 25% your fat as fuck...no amount of T3 and prop is
going to get you lean.

how bout asking for some diet advise or "how much cardio should i do"
instead of "how much GH should i do"......how bout eating a salad????

in all seriousness, save your money on the gear, and get a trainer instead
if youve allowed yourself to get this fat in the first place and think that
a "LEAN BULK" is your answer???...then you have absolutly NO FUCKING
IDEA what youre doing, so hire a trainer, and some idiot sitting behind the
counter at planetfitness or ballys where you train, someone knowledgable.
do alittle research, and there is plenty of on-line trainer here on PROMUS.
that can take you where you never thought you could go.

do the right thing, stop dicking around

their are some realy smart guys here that realy know their shit and anybody willing to pay attention , their will be plenty of bullshit to wade though.

this is also why I recommend if a guy needs/wants to get in shape ASAP that's when I highly suggest paying a pro to coach you , it takes all the guess work off of your shoulders

actually to the smart asses, i been working out for 6 years prior to a injury i been off for a year and a half, and started back a month and a half ago, where i was 35% bodyfat and have gone down quite a bit, I have experience with AS, i just dont have experience with GH and I have a thyroid problem but i choose to stay away from synthroid.. cause it doesnt do well in my body... so does anyone actually want to help answer my questions, or be losers with smartass remarks

Wake 5am , shoot 5iu , HGH , take 25mcg T3 , 25mcg clen , 200mg DNP.
follow with 45 min fasted cardio , 70% heart rate

7am eat first meal

4pm weight train with 25mcg clen , 20 min cardio after 80% heart rate

6pm eat last meal

9pm , shoot 5iu HGH , take 25mcg T3 , 25mcg Clen , 200mg DNP
follow with 30 min brisk walk

9:30 , take 25mg Bynadryl , 10mg malatonin

10;00 go to bed

all meals , 60g protein from chicken breast , white fish or egg whites , trace carbs from dark green veggies , 10g coconut oil

If you can drop a ton of fat on that

shoot yourself

You are 250lbs with 25% bodyfat. That means you have 50lbs of fat to lose. Forget about lean gaining. What you need to do is lose bodyfat.

Before you bitch at everyone here, you need to do some reading.

Read how to run T3... 50mcg a day is not enough if you're looking for fat loss.

Read about how to run GH... working up to 4iu/day is a good start.

Throw in some clen - but READ about it first! Start at 20mcg/day and work your way up.
 
CUT, CUT, CUT. Try to hold the muscle you have, if you lose s little so be it, your still look a ton better. Get to 10% or so. The lower the better but 10 is ok, then enjoy the best bulk your ever do. You grow like a weed when lean.

Gunsmith laid out an excellent plan but all the t3, hgh, dnp, clen etc i would save for the final push. Use his diet to get to a minimum of 15% which is the easy part. With all the other stuff single digit bodyfat is easily within reach.

Cardio and diet are going to be the keys to having a successful cut. You need to focus on those. That test dose is pretty low too.

As far as GH that depends. If you've never taken it, start at 2iu ED and work from there. I advise you to spend the 50 bucks and get your GH tested to make sure it's legit before you waste you time.
 
Like everyone said, you'd be better off waiting to use the gh but if you're determined to just use it anyway, take 2-4iu's a day to start. You're going to want to be on it for 6+ months so however much you take is probably going to be determined by how much you have and whether you plan to get more.

Gun Smith's post had all the good stuff in it... Throwing in some low impact morning fasted cardio @ 45 min and again for 20 min after lifting would be great.

At a BF% that high I would only be on any gear so it could help hold onto the muscle I got while i blast a ton of cardio.
 
HI mate

I was in a smiliar situation about a year and a half ago. Started fasted cardio few times a week am and weight lifting 5 times a week

Weight was coming off nicely. I then hired a PT who took me to the next level.

Having someone to guide you with not only your diet but also your supplements is key as they will have an unbiased view.

Best thing I ever done, still train with the same PT twice a week which I plan to do for the rest of the year to see how far I can go by august
