Jeff Long's Protein Frosty

This may have been posted before but I just tried it and figured I would share the recipe. It was delicious!

IFBB PRO Jeff Long's Chocolate Protein Frosty:
3 scoops chocolate protein (i think he uses prosource's choc protein)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
8oz egg whites
about 15 ice cubes

blend up until smooth and set in the freezer for 20 minutes or so.

The taste depends on the protein powder used. I do something very similar but i add some Almond/Peanut butter to the mix and it taste great.

very true. Its definitely a good starting point to where u can mix it around and play with the recipe to get it to your liking.

and theres me thinking i make something unique as i make much the same up using chocolate isolate, peanut butter powder. then add what ever takes my fancy for that mix,ie granola or almonds and such like.

Thanks for sharing this one. I'm going to have to give this one a try. Will swap out for Dymatize Choc Protein, Love their flavors.

i have done very similar a few times
4 scoops chocolate coconut from TN
2-3 tbls of natty PB
sometimes i add a banana

throw in blender with water and ice,blend up and put in freezer,i will pull it out of the freezer 3 times within an hour to stir it, then when it is a ready i top it off with some LBAs.

I do this:
2 tbs banana cream and chocolate fudge sugar free fat free pudding
1 scoop chocolate whey isolate
2 tbs powdered PB
1-2 oz. Vanilla sugar free coffee creamer.
Few ice cubes
Almond milk
Sometimes plain Greek yogurt or cool whip depending on diet.
Blend then freeze.
