I use this recipe once a day and it's great and I get a ton of fiber at the same time
Take about 3/4 cup Baby Arugala, chop finely add to 1 cup of white rice
2 tbl spoons salsa verde
1/2 squeezed lime juice
1 tbl spoon Virgin coconut oil
1/2 diced tomato
Just mix it all in add some more salt to taste. Really wakes up your rice. Thought I would share
