a lot of you seem to be interested in gear when there is a much safer and easier way to tone and shapen your body while getting some great health bonuses.
I hope some of you will jump into and share their experience.
Well, I already have some sarm experience under my belt and would love to help others out. Shoot me a pm with every question you might have.

Just a quick overview:
Sarms in general help tremendously with joints and bone issues, especially s4lgd4033 and ostarine.
For fatloss and endurance I really recommend gw501516.
Want results like Anavar? Give s4 a try. This will be your favourite compound for cutting for sure....
Trying to get lean and/or build muscle? Then Ostarine will be your best bet. I call it "recomp" sarm!!
And for those of you searching for some sexy extra muscle mass, lgd4033 is the way to go!!
I will get into more detail soon, hope some of you are interested....

i just started ostarine two days ago. i'm going to take 12.5mg in the morning for 8 weeks. I'm also taking clen 60mcg/day. How quickly will i see results do you think? i've already seen results with clen, i've been on that for awhile.

I'm 5'4, 122 lbs and 16% bf. i want to gain some mass in my legs

Well, assuming you are eating clean then if anything the clen is going to make you lose weight. The best the ostarine will do is help prevent muscle loss. So you'll get leaner and tighter but you're not going to gain any muscle mass this way. You might wind up looking better in eight weeks but you won't be bigger. Drop the clen and adjust your calories accordingly if you want to gain size.

Also, watch for sides with the ostarine. By which I mean if you are getting a lot of undesirable side effects then it's probably fake.
