Hey... Its been some time since i posted on here,, but just thought i would say Hi,, and look forward to reading motivational,, inspiring,, and educational threads.. Ive missed it.
Been training hard still but always looking to improve.
Havent been taking any supplements while training,,, only using MT2 still which i love.. But want to start cycling Frag and Clen,,, its an amazing combo
Until then al be reading up on all ive missed xxx

I have gave my body a little rest but ready to put that extra effort back in to make the changes you are talking about... I will post some recent pics and previous from earlier this year... Been away three times this summer and got a little softer... But i like the shape my body is.
