Hello everyone, I'm excited to be added to the board and learn new things. I've been lifting and exercising for about 4 years. I'm 5'2 130 pounds 22% bf I'm a little heavier than I would like to be but I put on more weight than I anticipated with my last baby who's 8 months old. I'm currently running var 10mg a day and almost on week 2 and love it! But I would like to get down to 15% bf before my cycle is done. Anyways, hope to learn a lot and willing to try new things
