Hello everyone, I'm excited to be added to the board and learn new things. I've been lifting and exercising for about 4 years. I'm 5'2 130 pounds 22% bf I'm a little heavier than I would like to be but I put on more weight than I anticipated with my last baby who's 8 months old. I'm currently running var 10mg a day and almost on week 2 and love it! But I would like to get down to 15% bf before my cycle is done. Anyways, hope to learn a lot and willing to try new things 😉

Welcome!!!.... IMO drop the Var and focus on NUTRITION!NUTRITION!NUTRITION!
 
My diet and nutrition are on point, but they weren't always on point (thus why I gained the weight) but as of the laser 3 months I've focused on nutrition and lost 20 pounds before I even started the var. this isn't my first time doing a cycle so I don't expect magic from taking var, just an extra boost in dropping these last 10 or so pounds.

Lol for real? Please Explain that one to me...

Why would you drop the Var at 22% bf when her main goal is slimming down, toning and she is only taking 10mg daily? That's such a small dose it's basically a maintenance dose to prevent new fat from coming on and keep her strength up while she begins to diet down. Plus she stated she loved it so why take it out?
I have figure competitors that run Var down to single digit BF and your telling her to drop the Var?
Respectfully, I would like to know your reasonings behind this.

IMO 22% BF is too high to be on ANY AAS .....male or female... all these drugs work best the leaner one is..... I also believe Anavar is to polish off a look, not to create a look... then you run the risk of having legit Var....which she started a thread saying she wasn't even sure it IS Var.... for all she knows she's taking Dbol...... get down to 13%-15% then get on if needed..... MY GF competes and her last comp she was so dialled in with nutrition and cardio Var wasn't required..... but I will admit we always have it on hand.... Again, just my opinion

I have to disagree on the var comments. A female at 22% is like a male at 14% which isn't high at all in fact it's better than average. Var is extremely safe and will boost her metabolism faster and give all around better results. Shit add 2iu gh and again hardly any sides and just better gains. It's not like she said she's on var, eq, primo, proviron,etc....
