Okay this is my first post on this site. (Unless I posted when I joined a year or two ago and forgot)
I'm 26 and in the pics above I am 5 weeks out from the NPC Blue Ridge Mountain Classic. I will be doing the novice under 176 and the open middleweight. I know I need more overall size for how tall I am.
Last year I did a npc contest and got 6th out of 11 in the novice middleweight. I was 165.5lbs there. This year I am looking to be about 10 lbs heavier - just making the cut off for middleweight. My goal is to make top 5 this year so I can at least get a trophy lol
