That is whole wheat flower, milk , 3 cans of tuna, olive oil, miss fella cheese , tomatoes, garlic , small bananas cut , 3 eggs and some Unflavor protein powder and all cooked in the over for 15 min. Each of those thing for 30 grams protein , 3 g of sodium , 500 g potassium , 300 carbs ... Time to growth brother ... And asparagus too...
