in between ive had a rotaor and knee meniscus surgeries to fight thru and even though i dont eat junk food (occaisional oreo) i cannot get in the habit of cooking and making meals so i dont get but about 1500 or 2000 a daY.. but trying to do better
52 years old when i started, im 54 now

Hey you look better at 54 then you did at 52 and staying healthy is one of the best things in the fitness world i personally admire the guys that are in the gym over 50 because its not as easy when you get older and i hate to hear the setbacks youve had but your a inspiration get goin brother
