From the Arkansas State Championships. Currently 210lb's. Still holding onto some water from D-Bol and test. Will drop to about 203-205 this week, before carbing back up. I'm very pleased with my conditioning at this point. Better than my last prep 5 weeks ago.

Thanks Gravel, but no, I'm trying to keep bodybuilding alive. I just haven't quite embraced the new divisions. Plus, I think I would have trouble staying under the weight requirement.

Right! The D-Bol was dropped about 4 days before those pics are taken. Test was dropped last Friday. Should shed that water this week.

...dont put your head down in the rear lat...
...open up the side chest more...dont put your legs
side by side like that....open them up and hang one back....
it will make them appear wider.
...dont bow your legs out on front shots.....makes them look weaker.
put your knees closer together and bend the knees to one side
like the old school guys did....it will look better for you....
...open up that leaning down bicep pose....dont hide your
waist line with that other arm....un less you ARE hiding something.
instead put it on your hip.....pushing down.....it with force you
to open up more....you look too scrunched up.

you have a coach....???

yep.....more like a classic style way to position your legs.

i think would look waaay better...

the rear lat also isn't suppose to be spread all the way.
many people over flex the lats and smooths out the back.
this is what you are doing...

and for now.....i would always have my legs and knees close
in every pose.....it will just hide the weaknesses in the legs.....
nothing you can do about it except present them so they look
appealing. i think it will help your placing....the judges will see
this technique and possibly reward you for it...

Placed 3rd in my Masters Division. I had the best conditioning, and best upper body. Worst legs. Lol

Look decent. Would it not have been worth dropping the test to prop and deca to NPP to help with water?
