Took some leg pics today since they were feeling small and they have definitely shrunk a bit. Trying actually lose a bit of muscle as I'm dieting right now. Have lost 20 pounds in the last few weeks and according to BF test before and after I've only lost 1.4 pounds LBM. This puts me at an LBM of 191 pounds (223.4 at last BF test) and as I'm looking to compete at the 192 classic physique weight class I'd say I have a bit of work to do still. Figure I need to be low to mid 180s LBM before I start a competition blast. Am only on 300mg of Cyp a week right now and dieting on about 1600 cals a day. Am taking the next week or two off the diet as I will be moving and being super foggy from low call CKD isn't my idea of fun during a stressful time like this. Gym pic is from about 1.5 weeks ago. As I'm getting smaller I look way more normal in my clothes but still inflate once I get into the gym.

Too much size. Lol Would really like to compete in classic physique but I have to lose muscle to get under 192. My current LBM is 191. Dropped 20 pounds in 3 weeks and only lost 2 pound LBM.

You're trying to muscle? You have to rework your strategy lol the whole point of prep is to lose fat and preserve muscle...



If I don't lose a bit more muscle I'll never make weight. I'm 220 white 191 LBM. I have to weigh in at 192 to make weight for my height.
