Hey guys, i have been training for 3 years.
Basic Stats --> Weight = 190, ht = 5'8, BF = 8%, age = 20
Training - Chest/Arms, Back/Shoulders, Legs Split (train 6x a week).
I have been using ipamorelin/mod-grf from a quality source for a year or so now and like this mix but want something stronger to cycle on.

I've spent a lot of time looking at SARMS, but i'm put off by the mixed results, some people experience a lot of suppression and/or no results (referencing Ostarine).

Steroids are not an option unless something is out there that won't affect the HPTA much.

What can you guys recommend?

First thing that is good to do is to get a hormone panel done. I have done blood work and a spit test, saliva, and the saliva was same as blood.

Blood =$1000, minus insurance

saliva was about 140 for more.

Then you can look at things to power the body. NADH makes me feel like i'm tweekin. Mitocarnitine, coQ 10, Uridine.

Those things give the raw fuel and will amp up any other process, IMO.

My HRT doc has me on daily test cream and maca root, and he says these used ED can boost test and not affect HTPA.

For estrogen I use cherry extract, Zinc, Forskalin.

I also use fish oil to hopefully raise free test and lower shbg

DIM can lower bad estrogen, and detox E.
I tired DIM but it made my joints hurt and zapped my energy, but that could be a detox symptom, maybe.


I know it's a lot of pills but if you want to fine tune things, or control sides, it's the natural way to go.

I would run the tests and try the Cherry, zinc, fish oil, and maca and see how it goes.
