Since I’m retired from bodybuilding, I rather not spend hundreds on a month (I’m Canadian) so I’m gonna give these peps a try as they have been backed by scientific evidence in humans to work.
What is the best approach to these if mixing? I know frag has to be taken on an empty stomach and remain fasted. Which I usually train at night but After 2 hours since last meal. Is an hour after eating long enough? What is a normal dose?
I eat 2 hours around the clock pretty much. And naturally wake up to eat. And plan on taking hex 3 times a day and ghrp 2 twice a day. Does carbs majorly block the release?
And does hex down grade as fast as people say/that much stronger then ghrp2?
