HGH Fasted Training?

Hello guys!

I recently started taking 3iu's of HGH (pharma grade stuff, not chinese.) every morning, basically routine is:

5:30 - wake up, 3iu shot, 1 pill of thermogenic.
6:00 - Sip on some BCAA and do fasted low intensity Cardio for 1 hour.
7:00 - Hit the weights still fasted, sipping some BCAA
8:00 - Finish training, by now consumed 20g of BCAA.
8:40 - Have a protein shake (50g) with water, zero carbs until now.
9:40 - First carb meal, low GI usually, first solid meal of the day.

Now, I have been told HGH is best absorbed and used when on a fasted state due to increased insulin on your body compared to if you ate.

I have also been told to take advantage of the HGH shot in the morning and train completely fasted will increase lipolisis.

Since my main goal is to lower BF (from 13% now) I am joining the concept of Intermittent Fasting + the supposed properties of the HGH shot.

Considerations...
*I feel good at the gym
*no sign of hypo or low energy
*in fact I think I am more alert and ready as opposed to when I ate before going to the gym where I would usually feel like dragging my ass around the gym and felt like shit after weight training.

What do you guys think? I know there is some diversion on the matter saying that taking BCAAs is going to interrupt your fasting, but this is 0 sugar, 0 carb BCAA we are talking, don't know if it works but it is supposed to help you don't catabolize your muscles when training fasted.

I do same thing, 2iu preworkout, hit the weights sippin on bcaa's then cardio on fasted state. After I would have a big post workout meal. I do it few days out of week and helps burn fat at an accelerated rate and also great pumps in the gym and always feel strong and full of energy.
 
Increased insulin in a fasted state?
I would think if you were doing IF, and were set on training on an empty stomach, you would workout right before your first meal of the day.
 
I would skip the BCAAs before fasted cardio. I always think that fasted means fasted and BCAAs would, technically, break a fast as they have caloric/nutritional value.

I would have BCAAs before fasted lifting though, maybe.

So crush some BCAAs after cardio before weights.

I am by no means a guru but that is my take on it.
 
I would just do a fat burner and hgh before fasted cardio, no bccas. Bccas pre/intra weight training though

8:00 - Finish training
10.00 - 10g BCAA

12.00 - 1st solid meal

Your gonna get a million different opinions but if i was having to train that early, the above is how i would run it (and ive been experimenting with IF since Jan 2012 and now hold 6-7% BF all year round)

12.00-20.00 would be my eating window so that gives a 16hour fast.
 
I'm glad you posted, I was wondering the same thing

I am doing it for about a week.
So far results are promising but lets wait at least 5 more weeks before we make any conclusions :)
