Just looking for some pointers. I am current cuttin slowly, cruising on 200mg cyp a week. Basically I’m pretty flat, on low carbs and cals all week and I’m trying to fill back out for the weekends (newly single after 16yr) but I’m having problems with bloating when I go to carb up for the weekends.
What types of carbs are good for filling out without too much bloating?
