I compete in a sport that requires 90% fast twitch muscle , my training is geared toward it as well but does anyone know or recommend the best thing/s to increase fast twitch muscle?
I don't think there are and PEDs out there that work better for that than others. Your training should do most of that, and if youre doing it right then that is about all you can do.
It is true that by weight training you can increase the % of fast twitch fibers you have. Ive seen it in University studies that I was helping out with many years ago. Muscle cells are able to adapt to training and "change" their fiber type. We also saw that detraining will cause them to switch right back! So it isn't necessarily permanent. If you are determined to enhance fast twitch fibers the most, then I would concentrate on those that increase strength the most since that develops more power.

There is no special drug cocktail or specific drug that will make u better at said sport or said special skill. Your question is 1000% training specific. The drugs are there to help you build muscle and recover quicker, that's it.
That is training based. Ask anybody that ran track why practice is so long. It`s a lot of waiting... You are training the body to build the enzymes responsible for whatever pathway you want.
Same for build that get older and dont drink as much. They always say "oh I cant drink now that I got older". It has nothing to do with age, everything to do with practice. You drink booze often, the body builds more enzymes to facilitate the breakdown. Same goes for training an energy pathway like fast twitch P-C pathway... or aerobic.
