delayed or prolonged ejaculation is a result of PROLACTIN (..assuming that's what you mean OP)

..PROLACTIN is the reason guys don't have "multiple orgasms"
..when we "cum" PRLACTIN immediately spikes
..shuts down your erection etc

..high PROLACTIN (..especially relative to other hormones) is thought to be a big un-diagnosed contributor of ED
..you don't need to be runnin' a "19-NOR" to increase PROLACTIN either ..many things can cause it ..stress, estrogen dominance, etc


PRAMI is something else you can use as well ..just start low +work up slowly and you won't have any issues

They like handing out SSRIs for PE. They can sometimes elevate prolactin levels over the normal range.
