I have a female friend.... in VERY good shape...whenever she does the 45 degree leg press machine....she pees on herself.... and only when its very heavy.... she loves the exercise but gets embarassed when she does it as she has to go "fix herself up" when she finishes...... what could be the reason???

The force applied to the bladder supersedes the strength of the pelvic floor muscle and water goes in direction of least resistance. She needs to kegal up and kegal while pressing. Drop the weight and slowly increase as she is able to kegal while pressing.

Weak pelvic floor muscles generally. Kegel exercise and PT can help, there is also a surgery where they apply a mesh to support the bladder.
